Don't panic; we're happy to help!

First, please check to make sure the images meet the file requirements listed here. You can check by right clicking the image and selecting Get Info (Properties if you're on a PC). The info section will tell you the file type and size of your image.

If your images meet those requirements, the uploader may need to be refreshed. 

If the problem persists, make sure you're logged in to a Collage account, close your window out completely, and open a new page to try again.  You might also try using a different browser; Chrome generally works best.

Tips and Tricks:

  • Make sure your browser is fully updated to have the best Collage experience.
  • Only add content in small batches of 5 or less to not overload the page.
  • Make sure you're logged into your Collage account so all successful uploads and projects save in case the page freezes.
