To change your delivery address at checkout, click the Ship to a new address button on the shipping page of checkout and enter the new shipping address. 



You can also select from addresses you've previously sent a Collage item to by clicking the small arrow next to the current address and select the desired address from there. 




If you need to delete old addresses from this drop down, email support@collage.com with the addresses you need removed so we can delete those for you. 


To change your address on a newly placed order, email support@collage.com with your order number and full address you need it changed to and we will try our best to get that changed. Sometimes orders are too far along in the production process to make shipping changes. 


Unfortunately, we cannot change the address on a shipped order.
